Polegram Privacy Policy

Polegram is operated by Koncrate (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how Polegram handles information.

Information handling

Polegram does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Photos and camera

With your permission, Polegram accesses the camera to take photos and the photo library so you can import images and save finished work. Images, templates, and creations are processed and stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to Koncrate servers.

When you share an iOS subject cutout to Polegram, the shared image is transferred locally by iOS and stored on your device.

Facial data

Polegram does not collect, analyze, recognize, or derive facial data, biometric identifiers, facial geometry, facial landmarks, or identity information. Images imported from Photos, received through the iOS share sheet, or captured with the camera may contain faces, but Polegram processes them only as ordinary image files and does not perform face detection, facial recognition, or facial analysis.

Facial data is not shared with third parties because Polegram does not create or collect facial data. Images that may contain faces are processed and stored locally on the user’s device and are not uploaded to Koncrate servers. App-stored images remain until the user deletes them in Polegram or uninstalls the app. Photos exported to Apple Photos remain under the user’s Photos library controls and can be deleted by the user.

Purchases

Polegram Plus is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Koncrate does not receive your payment-card information. Apple may handle purchase information under Apple’s own privacy policy.

Children

Polegram does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Your choices

You can revoke Camera or Photos permission in iOS Settings. You can remove locally stored Polegram content by deleting it in the app or deleting the app from your device.

Changes

We may update this policy when Polegram changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
