Delete Your Pinlo Account

This page explains how to delete your Pinlo account and the data associated with it. Pinlo is operated by Koncrate.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Pinlo app and sign in.
Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

Your account and its data are deleted immediately after you confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email aperio@koncrate.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your account and sign-in identifiers (email / Google / Apple)
Your profile (username, display name, profile photo, bio)
All of your trips and the trip photos you uploaded
Your map pins, routes, and trip settings
Your social activity (follows, comments, likes you created)

What may be retained

Backups: Residual copies in encrypted backups are cleared within a reasonable period after deletion.
Legal and safety records: Limited records (such as abuse or report handling) may be kept for as long as required by law, then deleted.
