FAQ
Does Pinlo upload my whole photo library?
No. Pinlo only uploads the photos you explicitly select for a trip (up to 1 cover plus 9 highlight photos). Other photos in the same date range stay on your device.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your cloud photos, trip data, and account. You can also email us at aperio@koncrate.com.
How do I report inappropriate content?
You can block and report content directly in the app. You can also reach us at aperio@koncrate.com and we'll review it.
Which platforms does Pinlo support?
Pinlo is built for iOS and Android. You can sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple on iOS.
